About me
A tech nerd and a life coach? That combination is the point.
SK-CS offers tailored coaching services for individuals as well as companies. The focus is on personal development, sustainable change, and strengthening both individual and organisational potential.
My skills and interests have evolved over many years. My journey bridges technical expertise with experience and personal development. For more than a quarter of a century, I worked as an IT consultant and software developer, many of those years in the automotive industry. This period continues to shape my clear thinking, sense of responsibility, and intuition for complex systems.
Since 2022, I have increasingly followed the desire to support people through personal and professional transformation. In 2025, I completed my training as a transformation therapist according to Robert Betz®. At the same time, I continue to develop and operate several travel and weather apps. This combination of heart, mind, and experience enables me to support people holistically – grounded, empathetic, and with a deep understanding of change processes.
